"Dancer in Mini Dress" by Fayral

 

This delightful little sculpture showcases the mastery of Art Deco style of Pierre Le Faguays (French, 1892-1935), who sculpted this work under the name "Fayral".  Please click on the "View More Images" link above to see additional views.

We have cast Dancer in Mini Dress in our own California art foundry, using 7 lbs. (3 kg) of pure solid bronze.  The sculpture is finished with a beautiful patina in tones of brown and amber, with genuine silver patina on the dancer's dress.  It is mounted onto a black marble base, and stands 15" high by 7" wide (38 cm high x 18 cm wide).  The sculpture is signed "Fayral" in the bronze base near the dancer's feet.
