This charming Art Nouveau bronze vase sculpted by Auguste Moreau (French, (1834-1917) depicts a young boy hanging off the edge of a scene depicting flowers and dragonflies. Please click on the thumbnail images above to see additional views.
We cast the Little Boy Vase in our own California art foundry using 13 lbs. (6 kg) of pure bronze. The vase is finished in a gorgeous patina in tones of amber and brown. It stands 12½" high by 7½" wide (31 cm high x 19 cm wide). The vase is signed "August Moreau" on the rear side.
