"Sport of Kings" by D. Rene Rushing

Andevan Bronzeworks commissioned this large work from noted equestrian sculptor Rene Rushing.  It is available in an edition limited to just 500 castings, with the unique number of each sculpture stamped into the bronze.

 

We have cast Sport of Kings in our own California art foundry using 80 lbs. (36 kg) of pure bronze.  The sculpture is finished with a beautiful, rich patina in tones of browns and black.  Mounted onto a custom-cut green marble base, the artwork stands 18" high by 34" wide (46 cm high x 86 cm wide).  The artist has signed "D Rene Rushing" in its bronze base.
