This is a stunning, large bronze by Charles Valton (French, 1851-1918) depicting a wolf stalking across a snow-covered field. In the snow are tracks of a man's shoes. We have cast Stalking Wolf in our own California art foundry using the finest pure bronze. The sculpture boasts a gorgeous contemporary patina finish in tones of browns, grays and white. Mounted onto a dark green marble base, it stands 12" high by 24" wide. The sculpture is signed "VALTON" in its bronze base.
